Kelsper Events is giving qualifying clients and referrals the chance to win a brand new Philips Air Fryer. Please read the competition Terms and Conditions below for full details on entry requirements, qualifying spend, referral rules, prize information, and winner selection.
Kelsper Events Air Fryer Promotion
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Kelsper Events promotional competition in which qualifying participants stand a chance to win a brand new Philips Air Fryer.
By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
1. Promoter
This competition is operated by Kelsper Events.
2. Competition Period
The competition will run from 01 April 2026 until 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Prize
The prize consists of one brand new Philips Air Fryer.
The prize:
- is not transferable
- may not be exchanged for cash
- may not be exchanged for another product
- is subject to availability
Kelsper Events reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason beyond its control.
4. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals who:
- book a qualifying event with Kelsper Events during the competition period, or
- successfully refer a person who books a qualifying event with Kelsper Events during the competition period
5. Qualifying Spend
To qualify for entry into the competition, an event booking must have a minimum qualifying value of more than R5,000.
Please note:
- travel costs are excluded from the qualifying total
- cleaning charges are excluded from the qualifying total
Only the event amount excluding travel costs and cleaning charges will be used to determine whether the booking qualifies for entry.
6. How to Enter
6.1 Booking Entry
A customer who books an event with Kelsper Events with a qualifying value of more than R5,000 during the competition period will receive one entry into the draw.
6.2 Referral Entry
If a person refers someone to Kelsper Events, and that referred person books an event with a qualifying value of more than R5,000 during the competition period, the referrer will receive one entry into the draw.
7. Referral Rules
For a referral entry to be valid:
- the referred client must mention the referrer’s name at the time of enquiry or booking
- the referred booking must meet the qualifying value requirement of more than R5,000
- the referred booking must be confirmed in accordance with Kelsper Events’ booking process
- if more than one person claims the same referral, Kelsper Events reserves the right to allocate the referral entry based on the first valid referral record received
8. Multiple Entries
Participants may earn multiple entries during the competition period:
- one entry for each qualifying booking over R5,000
- one additional entry for each successful referral that results in a qualifying booking over R5,000
There is no fixed limit to the number of entries a participant may receive, provided each entry is valid under these Terms and Conditions.
9. Non-Qualifying Entries
The following will not qualify for entry:
- bookings of R5,000 or less
- bookings that only exceed the threshold once travel costs or cleaning charges are included
- cancelled bookings
- provisional bookings not confirmed in line with Kelsper Events’ booking requirements
- referrals not disclosed at the time of enquiry or booking
- incomplete or inaccurate participant details
10. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw after the competition closing date.
The draw will take place within a reasonable time after 31 December 2026.
11. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details provided to Kelsper Events.
If the winner:
- cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, or
- fails to respond within the time period communicated by Kelsper Events,
Kelsper Events reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
12. Prize Collection or Delivery
The prize will either be collected or delivered by arrangement with the winner.
Kelsper Events reserves the right to determine the most suitable prize handover method.
13. Disqualification
Kelsper Events reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- provides false or misleading information
- attempts to manipulate the competition or referral process
- breaches these Terms and Conditions
- acts fraudulently or dishonestly
14. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
Kelsper Events reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time, should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Any such changes will be published on Kelsper Events’ official communication platforms where reasonably possible.
15. Limitation of Liability
By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that Kelsper Events will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where such liability may not be excluded by law.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
